This is an unofficial, independently maintained reference library of issuances, advisory opinions, decisions, resolutions, and orders of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
Source and status
- All documents are Philippine government public records, collected from the NPC’s official website and reproduced here for research and citation convenience.
- Texts are extracted from official PDFs and manually cleaned. Extraction and cleanup errors are possible — always verify against the official source before relying on a text.
- The public site intentionally publishes the cleaned corpus pages and indexes only. Raw extraction notes and companion metadata notes are kept in the repository for maintenance, but are not part of the public site.
- Cross-references are at an early stage. Treat backlinks, relationship pages, and “most referenced” lists as finding aids, not as a complete citation graph.
- Topic tagging is intentionally light for now. The Topics section is useful for orientation, but it is not exhaustive and should not be used as the primary research boundary.
- This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Privacy Commission.
